Off the Clock policies
The rules for the whole of Off the Clock: every space and every community in it. A space may add rules of its own on top of these.
Last updated October 27, 2026
Terms of ServiceWho Off the Clock is for, what it does with your account, the rules every space shares, and what happens when someone breaks them.Privacy PolicyYour data stays in your own account. What the community keeps about who may use which space, what our services hold to show spaces to their members, who else receives anything, and how long logs last.Cookie PolicyThe four cookies Off the Clock sets, all for features you asked for, and the kinds it never uses.Security PolicyHow to report a security problem, what's in scope, how Off the Clock keeps spaces private, and how to protect your own account.Moderation PolicyWho moderates, what labels do, why people are removed, that there's no appeal at this time, and what happens to your data when you're removed.
In short
Off the Clock doesn't own your data. What you post lives in your own account, on your own PDS, and stays there if you leave or are removed. The community keeps a record of who may use which space, and admins may label content or remove people who break these rules. We don't track you, show ads, or sell anything.
